Boisdale House is a historic house which has recently been sympathetically restored and modernised. It has a separate, self contained flat and is situated in South Lochboisdale, about 5 miles south of Askernish. It is perfectly positioned in the south east of the island for transport links to and from the other islands and the mainland, and is 2 miles from the stunning beaches of the west coast. The main house sleeps 13 adults comfortably (3 double bedrooms; 2 twin rooms; single room and bunk room with 2 twin beds and bunkbed). The flat is suitable for a couple and sleeps 2/3. There is also a large indoor games room with a table tennis table. The house and flat can be rented separately or together.
All linen and towels are provided and fuel charges are included in the rent. Prior to guests’ arrival, the beds will be made up and all the rooms cleaned. The house is centrally heated downstairs, with electric radiators in each bedroom. There are open fireplaces in the sitting rooms. The kitchen is very well equipped, and has an oil fired Rayburn and electric cooker, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. A washing machine and dryer are provided in both house and flat.
